Tickets, Times, Refunds and Cancellations

Every gathering we hold is a sacred experience — an opportunity to pause, reconnect, and remember the light within. Thank you for choosing to join us.

Please read the following carefully before purchasing your ticket. By completing your booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.


Tickets

All tickets are non-refundable and issued subject to availability.
Only guests who have purchased will be admitted to the event.

Ticket prices, event details, and availability are subject to change without notice.

In Person Tickets

You will collect your ticket on the day of the ceremony at the Town Hall from 1:30pm.  

When you purchase a ticket, your details are automatically added to our secure, cloud-based guest list. You do not need to bring a printed ticket.  

Livestream Tickets

You will receive the video link, sent to the email originally used to purchase, 24 hours before the event.


Ownership and Use

All tickets remain the property of the event organiser, Rebecca Campbell Creative Ltd (“the Promoter”). Tickets are personal, revocable licences and may not be resold or transferred for commercial gain. Any tickets found to be resold, transferred, or used for competitions, promotions, or hospitality packages by anyone other than the Promoter or an authorised agent will be void.

Ownership of a ticket does not grant any rights to use, copy, or reproduce the event branding, artwork, symbols, or intellectual property.


Programme and Timings

Our gatherings are living, breathing experiences that sometimes evolve in flow with the energy of the moment. The Promoter reserves the right to alter or vary the published programme — including performance times, facilitators, or running order — without prior notice.

All advertised start and end times are approximate. Please plan to arrive early, and allow spaciousness in your schedule for the event to run slightly over time. Refunds cannot be provided for travel delays, missed sessions, or changes to the event schedule.


Cancellations and Changes

In the rare event that a ceremony, retreat, or event is cancelled, postponed, or materially altered, you will be eligible for a refund in line with these terms:

  • If the cancellation occurs before the event begins, you will receive a refund of the ticket price paid.

  • If the cancellation occurs part-way through, a partial refund may be offered at the Promoter’s discretion.

  • Travel, accommodation, or other personal arrangements made by you are at your own risk and are not refundable by the Promoter.

A “material alteration” means a change that, in our reasonable opinion, makes the event fundamentally different from what ticket holders could have reasonably expected. Adjustments to timings, location, or contributors are not considered material changes.

We will notify you via email if an event is cancelled or postponed, and will also publish updates on our website. Please ensure your booking details and email address are accurate.


Transfers and Resales

Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for another event. However, if the event is fully sold out, we are happy to offer your ticket for resale on your behalf. If we are able to resell your ticket, we will issue you a partial refund once the resale is complete.
